- All compounded medications are made to order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 4-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Certain medications may require additional time.
- Please ensure your prescription has refills. If there are no refills, please allow additional time. We will contact your doctor for refills.

- You may disregard any letters or zero's preceding your prescription number

- Minimum required fields are: Name, Collection Method and Payment Method
- All prescription refill orders placed through our automated system will be processed and sent via first class mail through USPS.
